The wellbeing of your horse is one of your top priorities, right?  Do you know how influential your alignment in the saddle is on your horse and how giving yourself a bit of TLC can transform your and your horse’s physical and mental wellbeing?

To help you understand more we have arranged a 2 hour talk and interactive workshop for WRC members with Jo Phillips, Advanced Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer. Jo, who is a WRC member, is a qualified instructor who looks at rider biomechanics and impact on horses’ way of going.  She concentrates on rider alignment, breathing and core activation, plus assessing attendees’ positions on the saddle horse in a group.  Come along to find out more about how your alignment impacts your horse’s way of going and importantly how Equipilates can help you to identify and correct any issues. Jo will share insights into why looking after yourself is so important to your horse; will do a postural awareness demo and will take you through some practical exercises for you to take away.

Book your place now to become the rider your horse would choose!
